We are very sorry to hear that and would like to solve this as soon as possible. Please send us an email with photos of the damage and the article that is defective (see article numbers in the manual). We will contact you at the latest the next (working) day to find a suitable solution.

Would you like to cancel your undelivered order? No problem! Just give us a call or send us an email.

If the goods have already left our warehouse or if you've already received the order and still wish to cancel, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to coordinate the return. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product and any accessories must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, if possible. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary for inspection, we may charge you for the depreciation. Handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packed for return. Assembled products cannot be returned.

After registering the return we will contact you as soon as possible about further handling. Once we have received the returned items in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned goods (including any shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will be processed using your original payment method. If only a part of the order is returned, we do not reimburse the shipping costs.

There are no costs for the return.

We offer a 5-year warranty on all cabinets against manufacturing defects under normal use. We are convinced that you will enjoy your Washtower cabinet for a long time after this period!
